Sometimes taking the emotional attatchment we have to things away, we can then see the plain facts left behind. If I reflect on things that have happened in my life that I have had a bad emotional attatchement to and just approach it with "What is the story and what are the facts?" Stripping away the story I have created to the event, I would probably realise that I had turned it into something it wasn't and can potentially leave my negative connections towards it behind.
When im sitting at a sewing machine and the hours are flying by I often realise later that it was an experience similar to meditation. Once the workshop is all set up and we get back behind the sewing machines I plan to take this question with me and consider aspects of my life that I would like to lay to rest.
