Delivery & Returns
We like to keep things simple over here and fair for you - so shipping is free for all our quilts and artwork at the current time.
With our soft launch being so close to Christmas we will do our best to get products out to you as fast as we can - our courier's cut off date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Friday 21st, so orders placed before then should be fine. If you'd like to order after that and need your item by Christmas eve please contact us first on email@example.com or call us on 01373 670 768 and we'll do our absolute best to make it happen.
We're a young company, and it's our priority to keep our customers completely happy. If you have specific shipping needs or timeframes, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our absolute best to accomodate you.
- We aim to ship next working day, but sometimes it may take two working days to get your quilt out. We ship by courier so your quilt should be with you within 48 hours of leaving the studio.
- All orders are shipped via DHL, UPS and FedEx - They will attempt a first delivery, and then leave a card for you to call to arrange re-delivery. Most couriers will attempt delivery three times and then return the item to us, so please make sure someone is in. We are happy to re-ship but will have to charge you shipping costs. (Unless we mistakenly shipped it the incorrect address, of course).
- Please be sure your delivery address is correct as we are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location.
- Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email letting you know your package has been shipped. All packages receive a tracking number and you are able to track them via the courier.
